2.7 Upon dispatching your order we will send you an email with your Royal Mail tracking number.

2.8 Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

4. Price beater

4.1 Here at Bay Rings we believe in offering the very best in service from start to finish and also the very best in price. As everyone knows you can search the internet and always find a great deal. We think that we already offer the best prices around but in the unlikely event that you find someone cheaper than us let us know and we will refund you the difference and an extra 10% of the price difference.
This way you can get a great deal with the great Bay Rings service.

So whether you find the better deal online or at your local shop let us know and we will beat it as long as:

  • It is in stock.
  • It is not on offer.
  • The item is new and not damaged.
  • It is identical to our product.
  • The product(s) delivery charges are the equivalent of ours.

Let us know by contacting us.

4.3 Please note this service is available up until 7 days after purchasing.

4.4 All price beating is at the discretion of Bay Rings and is subject to change at any time.

4.5 Our Price Guarantee does not apply to competitor's bonus offers, free offers, auction websites, non-retail (wholesale) websites, private sales, special orders, typographical errors, clearance sales, liquidation sales, mail-in rebate offers, or where a service commitment is included in the transaction. Internet competitor offers must include shipping and handling charges as the basis for comparison.
