Post: Bay Ltd, PO Box 68460, LONDON, N16 1DR.
2.2 Once you have found the products you were looking for, you can buy them online. To do
so, just click on the 'add to basket' button for each product selected, you will then be
directed to your 'basket'. Remember, you can remove products from your basket or stop the
ordering process at any time.
2.3 Once you have added all of your items to your basket, tick the 'checkout' box to
proceed to checkout. We'll then ask you to complete your delivery address. All fields
marked with an asterisk must be completed. We will try to deliver your order within 2-3
working days. See our Delivery section below for more details.
2.4 Having completed the delivery details, you will be asked to complete your payment
details. Again, all fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. You can pay by most
major credit and debit cards. Your details will be encrypted to keep them secure. See our
Security section for more details.
2.5 After completing your payment details, select 'continue' to place your order. You will
receive an on-screen acknowledgement with your order number and details, which you should
make a note of for future reference. We will also send you an email acknowledgement that
we have received your order.
2.6. Following this, we will send you an email confirmation of your order, detailing the
products you have ordered, our processing of your order and an estimated delivery date.
Please note that this email is not an order acceptance from Bay Rings.
2.7 Upon dispatching your order we will send you an email with your Royal Mail tracking
number.
2.8 Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will
take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we
do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
2.9 We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this
website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order
acknowledgement for your own records. If you wish to obtain specific details of your
previous orders please contact us.

3. Payment
3.1 All prices shown on website include VAT & UK delivery; there is a surcharge for
international delivery of £9.95.
3.2 We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. These are processed online
using the SagePay secure payment service. Prices are shown in Great British Pounds
Sterling. Payment cards are pre-authorised immediately using the SagePay secure system,
after which point various additional security checks are made. As part of our commitment
to the security of our customers we may contact you to request further validation of your
details.
3.3 If you do not want to pay online, you may give your credit card information via phone
or registered post. Please DO NOT send credit card details by email. Our online store
includes a considerable level of security that is not included in email.
3.4 We also accept cheque or postal order payments, but funds have to clear before
dispatching of goods.
If you have any queries about making payments please contact us.
3.5 We always try to make sure that the prices on
www.bayrings.co.uk are correct but errors may
occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you
as soon as possible using the contact details you supplied us with. We will then give you
the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If the order
is cancelled we will refund you in full.

4. Price beater
4.1 Here at Bay Rings we believe in offering the very best in service from start to finish
and also the very best in price. As everyone knows you can search the internet and always
find a great deal. We think that we already offer the best prices around but in the
unlikely event that you find someone cheaper than us let us know and we will refund you
the difference and an extra 10% of the price difference.
This way you can get a great deal with the great Bay Rings service.
So whether you find the better deal online or at your local shop let us know and we will
beat it as long as:
- It is in stock.
- It is not on offer.
- The item is new and not damaged.
- It is identical to our product.
- The product(s) delivery charges are the equivalent of ours.
Let us know by contacting us.
4.3 Please note this service is available up until 7 days after purchasing.
4.4 All price beating is at the discretion of Bay Rings and is subject to change at any time.
4.5 Our Price Guarantee does not apply to competitor's bonus offers, free offers, auction
websites, non-retail (wholesale) websites, private sales, special orders, typographical
errors, clearance sales, liquidation sales, mail-in rebate offers, or where a service
commitment is included in the transaction. Internet competitor offers must include
shipping and handling charges as the basis for comparison.
